Personal theory

I don’t see any way in hell “The Dark Knight” gets a Best Adapted Screenplay nomination and then fails to show up in the Best Picture category. So…if we hear the brothers Nolan and David Goyer’s names uttered…we’ll know.

Is ‘Dark Knight’ an original screenplay?

Or is this Bob Verini article in the latest issue of Script Magazine just desperately in need of a fact checker? Normally I wouldn’t bring it up, but crazy stuff like this happens all the time. Clearly, it’s a case of “based on characters created by,” etc. But there tends to be a lot of […]

‘Dark Knight’ interviews with cast and crew
Posted by Kristopher Tapley · 4:15 pm · July 2nd, 2008
Warner Bros. publicity has made the round table interviews from last weekend’s “Dark Knight” junket available. There’s a lot of good, in-depth stuff from Christopher Nolan, Christian Bale, Aaron Eckhart and the rest. There is, however, a big hole in everything, because you can’t help but wish Heath Ledger was there to discuss his approach […]
