Jeff Wells seems insistent on tearing down Precious under the guise of being an advocate of offended African Americans. He’s failed at it, but plugs away at Mo’nique regardless.
Wait…has Robin Wright Penn ever been nominated for an Academy Award?
*looks it up*
Wow, she never has. Not even on the wave of Forrest Gump.
People didn’t know what a decade was?
Didn’t you mean “star Morgan Freeman?”
Good for Mo’Nique.
Nice to read Noah’s strong praise for Mammoth. I’m a big fan of Moodysson but was put off by just how quietly the thing slipped into theaters and the mixed reviews. I’ll give it a shot for sure.
I don’t blame Mo’Nique for not being thrilled about campaigning. The whole Oscar process is kind of BS.
Clint and Nelson :D. Love it.
Anyhow, that Mo’Nique thing is sure a bit odd. She’s the frontrunner right now, but the studio should protect her against herself.
Man, I find that I KEEP DOING THAT. I guess Mr. Freeman should take it as a compliment.
