This is random and mean-spirited, but…Nathaniel Rogers needs better web skills. The Film Experience is ALWAYS down longer than it should be. Amateurish and irritating.
why dont you just write that to Nathaniel, tony? what, are you talking shit behind his e-back?
Can I just say that I actually preferred not only The Duke to The Dude as Rooster Cogburn, but also Kim Darby to Hailee Steinfeld as Mattie Ross?
Both movies are great, and both have great casts, but I just connect with the older movie better. Clearly the Coens’ film is more skillfully made, but it’s less fulfilling than the John Wayne version.
Matt Damon way outperforms Glen Campbell, though, but that pretty much goes without saying.
where’s your interview with Trent Reznor , Kris?
Brendan Gleeson’s kid is a better Moon than Dennis Hopper, and I’ll shiv any motherfucker says different.
I thought the original “True Grit” was pretty bad. Maybe it was good in 1969 – whatever. I saw the re-adaptation today and it was good but not as good as I wanted to be.
Toy Story 3 FYC are awful. Not at all funny and without the cue card saying which movie they were spoofing, one wouldn`t know. This is so embarrassing and desperate.
Nice post you have given great information about the music.
I can’t wait. I’ll buy it when it’s released even tguohh I’ve read it already. Hell, even tguohh Cole isn’t in it! Just don’t tell him, or he’ll get precious. You know how he is.
