    Interesting article on the scientists/Contagion.

It’s only been 6 days since I saw it. But I can’t seem to shake a lot from that movie. It’s currently my 4th fave of the year. Scary stuff.

“Contagion” is certainly the anti-“Outbreak” in regards to standard thriller plotting and melodrama. Although I still enjoy “Outbreak” for what it is, the cold, rigid “Contagion” has some of my favorite filmmaking so far this year.

Are these the same scientists who told us “The Day After Tomorrow” really nailed the science of global warming?

As a scientist, Contagion gets its science right..

I might be biased as a literally yelled “yeah” when they called out my birthday in the lottery.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes gets its science and pharma industry spot on too.
