David Poland has really dived into his long-form interviews this year, more than ever. What’s sacrificed has been some of his more, well, colorful written commentary, and tons of video can be a lot to take in most of the time, but every once in a while I perk up at this or that piece. Like this one, a nearly 40 minute interview with “The Social Network” screenwriter Aaron Sorkin. Thought I’d pass it along:

I LOVE Aaron Sorkin. His screenplay is clearly the best this year, or this decade. The West Wing was always one of the best shows on TV, and im glad he is back doing films, because i also loved Charlie Wilson’s War. OK, thats enough swooning for today :)
