At last, bad movies give something good and it’s for free!

“Ghost was nominated for Best Picture? Really?”
Some of you guys make me feel so old, it’s frightening — I remember that Oscar year!
As populist Best Pic nominees go, “Ghost” is a perfectly respectable one, I think. Incidentally, the BAFTAs nominated “Pretty Woman” for Best Picture in the same year — thought you might like to know that.

You know, just because someone doesn’t know something like that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re young, or that you’re “old.” I can name all the Best Picture nominees from 1969. My 57 year old dad could not.
“hollywood treasure jerry o’connell” – haha, classic.
This kind of stunt seems like it would have paid off for The Hangover, or any other actually good non-oscar flick that was on the fence. Seems like a waste for Piranha.
It just seems silly to judge anything that the makers of “Piranha 3D” do with any form of seriousness.

What I was saying is this kind of marketing ploy, while funny and noticeable in this case, could have been so much more for a non prestige film that may have been on the cusp of oscar.

It couldn’t be any worse than Academy Award Nominee Kate Hudson (that was harsh).
WTF?
Ghost was nominated for Best Picture? Really?
“Did you know that Christopher Lloyd is in Piranha 3D? That’s pretty fucking cool!”
That was hilarious! Now I might actually see this thing!
Now that they mentioned CGI, Kris may have to add it to his visual effects predictions.

Wow, that was painfully unfunny.

I love Ghost. What?

“Stunt”?
I’m seeing this next Wednesday and I cannot freakin’ wait!
marketing stunt, glenn.
I love this. The Funny or Die people are great. “What are you going to do, nominated Inception 10 times?”
“What, are you gonna nominate ‘Inception’ TEN TIMES!?”
I love me some Adam Scott. It sucks “Party Down” was cancelled…
Inception being nominated ONCE would be a travesty. I don’t need it times ten.
Only in your world, M1
It’s hardly a “stunt” since there’s no way this can actually be taken seriously.
Let’s not get bogged down in pointless semantics quibbles…
Party Down ♥♥♥♥.
“Who is Jack Shit?!”
Okay so stunts the wrong word, I don’t get the animosity.
