One of the films I’m very much looking forward to this year is Alex Gibney’s “Clinet 9: The Rise and Fall of Eliot Spitzer.” I imagine, given Spitzer’s appearance in “Inside Job” and that film’s brief detailing of Wall Street types’ obsession with prostitutes, it could dovetail nicely with Charles Ferguson’s study. And as noted plenty of times, it’s looking like a hell of a year for documentary features. Magnolia Pictures will release the film November 5 and today, courtesy of Vulture, we get a look at the poster. Check out the full image after the jump.

money sex power. cant sum life up better than that.
This wasn’t on my radar at all. I just read the details of the scandal and it doesn’t seem like anything new. So he used prostitutes. He’s wasn’t the first and he won’t be the last politician to do that. Still, I’m looking forward to this, and Inside Job as well. I just hope they offer more than talking heads and a boatload of general information that we already know.
this was an exceptional film revealing much that we didn’t hear about through the press. the soundtrack was phenomenal and the timing superb. A must see.
