Every once in a while you get an interview that inspires you to do…something. Who knows what it is but you know it’s creative. Mickey Rourke is that guy for me, today, here in this moment. I haven’t even left the Four Seasons yet. I find myself at the bar, writing, pen and paper. Pen and paper! Maybe I’ll get the piece up in this space soon enough, but for now, I have to write. I have to.

Hey Kris, a good friend of mine Christopher hErad wrote a book about Mickey that essentially was dictated to him by Rourke — I have interviewed the man as well, and he is a terrific guy, a tad surly, but really down to earth and brutally honest — an incredible actor is he not?
