Is it wrong that I knew what the clip was before I clicked on it? :)
R.I.P. Leslie. Thanks for the Naked Gun movies and Airplane.

What sad news! Leslie once filmed a movie nearby where I live. And he was a hoot when we were trying to ice fish nearby the site of the movie. If I recall, he was one of the men who “mooned” us. What a great man! What a great Canadian! What a great Shirley (don’t call me Shirley)! Did your readers know that his brother was a member of the Cabinet in the Canadian Government for many years? Like Leslie, Daniel Massey, the actor, was also the brother of a great Canadian political figure (Vincent Massey, first Canadian-born Governor-General of Canada). So sad to hear of Leslie’s passing. His humour (Canadian spelling) will be sorely missed. R.I.P., Shirley! (I mean Leslie!)

This is immensely sad news. Nice job picking my favorite part of Naked Gun! As much as I loved his comedies, his performance in Forbidden Planet was my favorite of his.
So sad. But he left a rich legacy of some of the funniest movies ever made.

What a swift kick to the groin.

So sad. Loved him in every movie I saw him in: drama or comedy. He will be sorely missed.

This is sad, his comedy skills worked so perfectly in the ZAZ movies. Also wanted to say R.I.P. to Irvin Kershner, the director of one of my favorite movies (Empire Strikes Back).

Nielsen was so talented, and so was Kershner. If it wasn’t for Kersh, I probably wouldn’t be studying film right. All my thoughts and prayers to both of these men and their families and friends. May the Force be with them…
