Thursday we told you about the intriguing similarities between Conan O’Brien’s new “Tonight Show” backdrop and the art of the Super Mario Bros. video games. I honestly didn’t expect O’Brien to address the matter but sure enough, one day later during the opening monologue, we got this:
Of course, he doesn’t offer an outright confirmation or denial, but I think the fact that he took the time to do this says a lot.
