I’ve been tied up all week so I’m just now catching up on things like the trailers for “The Road” and “Nine,” so forgive the belated drooling, but I have to offer this space for Ms. Cruz. Yowsers.

I’ve paused the trailer on that shot so many times…and I can’t wait to see what else she’ll do with those ropes. Mmmm.
Ah-WOO-ga!
That film is laced with gorgeous women.
And….a hot DDL.
that shot alone makes me want to see the film
What did you think of the actual trailer Kris? Does it look promising to you?
I’ll be in my bunk……:)
Cruz and Dench probably have the best shots at nominations here. Liliane Montevecchi won the Tony in 1982 for Dench’s role and Jane Krakowski won the Tony in 2003 for Cruz’s role. So they seem to have the meatiest parts along with Cotillard (each actress who played her part were also nominated for the Tony). Although it’s hard to judge much from the trailer other than the fact it’s a hell of a cast and everyone looks stunning. Wish there was more to go on, but it definitely has me pumped.
Ah, so SHE’S the 9.
^ That makes Marion Cotillard the 6, then? ;)
I think Nine is geared towards men, as I have no interest in seeing it. It appears to me that so many very attractive and talented actresses are dying to tap into their inner showgirl/lap dancer and portray her on the screen.
