Screenings of “Milk,” “Frost/Nixon” and “Doubt” are happening this week. Rather than take a final blind stab at placing those contenders in the landscape of awards season, I thought I’d hold off a week and take my own counsel after I see the highly anticipated trio.
Feel free to use this space to give us your own prognosticative thoughts.

I’m very eager to hear what others thought of Frost/Nixon. I liked the film very much, it feels a bit light at times but still very entertaining and amazing in certain places.

I’m so jealous that you get to see both “Doubt” & “Milk” this week. I hope to see great reviews for both.
So that leaves “Benjamin Button,” “Revolutionary Road,” “Gran Torino” and “Defiance” as the last to be seen?
When do those start getting shown?
Ivan, you have a great list of predictions that seem very likely to happen.
