‘Appaloosa’ trailer

This looks awesome.  Old fashioned, unassuming, shades of the simplicity Kevin Costner brought back to the genre with “Open Range” five years ago.  And I just realized Groundswell and Michael London are behind this.  Very nice.  Anyone with the balls to pump money into westerns at this stage and continue to breathe life into their potential is A-okay with me.

The film makes its world debut at Toronto in a month.  Can’t wait to hear the reaction.

Looks great! Probably not gonna be as good as “Jesse James” though, but it looks very well made and a continuing on the Western’s return to form.

Looks like Harris himself could be terrific in this – holding thumbs.

How can he not have an Oscar already? Anyone?

WOW! Another great American western — how could this genre be so rare? Looks like Harris has done a brilliant job — here in Toronto for the fest, cannot wait to see it —

Wow, it looks very impressive and old school. I love Westerns and this one will probably be no exception. What a perfect cast for such a film. Can’t wait.

It looks really good. I never liked westerns and then last season gave us 310 To Yuma and The Assasination of Jesse James and now I’m a sucker for ’em. And give me Viggo any time baby.
