We’ve asked about his friend Guillermo Del Toro’s “Pacific Rim” and the lessons he learned on the embattled production of 1998’s “Great Expectations,” but today, I was curious about his collaboration with cinematographer Emmanuel Lubezki, or “Chivo,” as he’s known to his friends and colleagues.
