And for good measure...

I'm elated that this genre is back with suck an ass-kicking vigor, that filmmakers are taking a no nonsense approach and really digging into the root of its iconic and thematic potential.

Um, Kris, which film and genre are you refering to? There's no picture or clue to hint at what movie you're writing about. I'll venture a guess and suggest you're referring to 3:10 to Yuma.
