Steven Spielberg’s “Jurassic Park” is getting the 3D treatment this weekend on the occasion of the film’s 20th anniversary. We’ll circle back later this week with some thoughts on the film and the conversion, but with it in mind, the HitFix team started pondering what other films we MIGHT consider seeing converted to 3D.

Actress Marion Cotillard didn’t really explode onto the domestic film stage until “La Vie en Rose,” and what a coming out it was. She managed to win an Oscar that few (ahem) saw coming and transformed that newfound respect and goodwill into a thriving Hollywood career, but it was hardly an overnight success story.

Nine-time Oscar nominee Hans Zimmer has opted to sit out this year’s Best Original Score race by refusing to personally enter any of his 2011 scores for consideration — including “Rango” and “Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.”
