The Academy kicked off awards season in its own way Saturday night with the presentation of this year’s Honorary Oscars to Angelina Jolie, Steve Martin, Angela Lansbury and Piero Tosi at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Hollywood. Or, as Martin Short considers them, “The highest honor an actor can receive…in mid-November.”
