T-shirt contest winner(s)!

Posted by · 12:36 pm · January 25th, 2011

Would you believe that the only person in our T-shirt giveaway to correctly predict the three stated categories AND nail the tie-breaker was the first person to even enter?

That is, until the 93rd entry.

Lots of people got the two acting fields right, but were tripped up on score.  There was just about every combination of picks under the sun in over 100 entries.  So congrats to Yih and David for getting it all correct. The bummer is, I should have asked for a tally along with that tie-breaker question, because I have no idea how to sort this out.  Ideas?

Meanwhile, if the winners could drop me a line with your mailing address, we’ll definitely get something for you both.

Kris – maybe the extra tiebreaker can go to who spelled everyone’s name correctly. Which would go to David, I believe. (I’m joking, of course.) Maybe I’m just bitter because I didn’t win. Darn you, Manville!

Oh yeah, and of course, congrats to both of you. Especially Yih for getting it right off the bat.

Tiebreaker – The first person to enter gets first dibs.

There are 4 tshirts, right? Each get 2, the first person gets the first choice of the two. Or, 1st person gets their #1, the second person gets whichever two of the remaining three he wants, and Mr. #1 gets the last shirt. Like the draft.

Maybe I’ll just split them up like that, Sam.

I actually missed one (I think) in each Actress category. On the contrary, it was the score category that came easily for me… It was the only one I was pretty confident in predicting today.

    Anyway, congrats to the winners!

And I agree – two t-shirts each sounds fair like Sam said.
