Night & Day did not make it! That’s outrageous!

I hope Day & Night wins, very well done. Haven’t seen any live action shorts, but that’s to be expected.

I’m kind of sad that the Mouse That Soared didn’t quite make the cut. I saw it before my showing of Get Low (I think), and thought it was delightful and funny.

But Day & Night was amazing, and Coyote Falls was a classic Roadrunner fun.

Got to get on watching the rest of these.

I’ve seen “Day and Night,” “The Gruffalo,” “Sensology,” and “Coyote Falls” and I can say that they are all worthy films, though I don’t think that they will all be nominated.

My top 5 for animated are:
    Day and Night
    The Silence Beneath the Bark
    Coyote Falls

These predictions included all that I have seen except for The Gruffalo, which I thought was fine but did not display the cleanest animation. Silence Beneath the Bark looks extremely intriguing from the short clips I’ve seen on the internet, and Urs is something that I would want to see as a feature length film.
