But now I see

I never really noticed how beautiful the trailer for last year’s “The Messenger” was until I saw it last night promoting the film’s HBO premiere.  It might be one of my favorite trailers of the last few years.  Plenty owed to Mr. Nelson, of course.

Loved this movie, totally in my wheelhouse. I need to catch it again on HBO.

Love that trailer. Its nice to see a character actor like Harrelson can still get recognized. I’m looking forward to what Ben Foster does next.

I forgot how powerful this movie was. Then again, I shouldn’t be surprised at how gut-wrenching a film about the worst job in the world can be.

One of my Top 10 movies from last year. Foster & Morton should have been nommed with Harrelson.

If you can think of any off the top of your head, what are some of your other favorites?

Love this movie. #10 of 2009. Ben Foster gave the best male performance of the year. Woody Harrelson gave the third best. I was actually really sad that Samantha Morton wasn’t nominated.
