  Maybe they were implying that they have Citizen Kane, Apocalypse Now or Once Upon a Time in the West for sale and that the phrase is separate from the Avatar sign to the left of it?

  It’s funny. Shawshank probably isn’t even in my Top 30, but it’s still a 10/10 to me.

  I happened to see it again in a packed house the other day. It’s amazing to see how many people still go and see this film. It’s still holding at a stead 10th place at the Dutch box office, even though the dvd/blu-ray was released last week.

  God, I can’t wait until Inception comes out so I don’t have to keep hearing about Avatar.

  Also can’t wait for Batman 3 in July 2012. That should be awesome.

  It’s really not that important. I have heard a thousand times on TV trailers: “The best comedy of all time”. And it’s a nothing movie :p

  I’ve never really “got” the whole Shawshank Redemption thing. Yes, it’s a good movie, very well made, but I don’t think that it is even the best movie from that decade, or that year, let alone of all time.

  The “thing” with Shawshank is the fact that the movie as whole is just perfect and has the most satisfying ending nearly ever.

  No. “Shawshank” is trite, sentimental hogwash. How it even became to be known as one of the best movies ever is beyond me.
