“From the Producer of ‘Road to Perdition”? That was the best they could do? No offense to Dean Zanuck or anything, but if he’s the most notable behind-the-camera talent involved in this film, then they shouldn’t have bothered with that kind of tagline at all.

That was my first thought too. I mean, the only way I can think of a producer being an attraction is an action film. Because when you think of X, you think, for example, “ooh, pretty explosions.” I’d think they’d wanna brag about their stars’ 13 Oscar noms (w/2 wins).

    The poster’s bland too.

i honestly like Lucas Black’s chances at a supporting nod more than Bill Murray’s, but i know close to nothing about this film.

The worst I ever saw was for The Secret Garden – “From the Executive Producer of The Black Stallion”. I guess they couldn’t come up with any other family-friendly films that Coppola made.

The producer reference is stupid. The director is an Academy Award winner after all, even if no one has heard of him.

I’ve never heard a Lil’ Jon song called Get Low and I don’t think most of the audience this movie is courting has either.
