What new show? The only difference is Jay isn’t sitting behind a desk.

No offense to Leno, but watching it only makes me realize how awesome Conan is doing on the Tonight Show.

But I like Leno’s show so far. I just wish he would bring back the desk and bring back some of his classic games (at the BEGINNING of the show, rather than the end).

I think it’s kind of an insult to Conan that as soon as he finally gets the big job, Leno moves into the earlier time-slot. He’s still the lead-in, and he’s stealing the thunder.

I will never understand the Michael Moore hate.
I agree with everything he said in that interview.

As far as Leno- Its just a sign of the times. WAY too many shows so NBC threw up the white flag.
Leno instead of ER. I will miss ER.

I think the reason they put him on was because his ratings were still high when they told him to leave the Tonight Show. Leno rules and NBC knows it, so they gave him the Jay Leno show. Plus The Jay Leno Show costs about nothing to make. and if you can make lots of money on something that costs very little to make you might as well put it on the air.

He’s a shameless demagogue. Hence the hate. He states his case in an agreeable manner, but there’s not a single truth in it.
In capitalism you have absolute control over where your money goes to. You either buy certain goods or you don’t. Totally democratic, totally up to you. With time, consumers will learn to be more responsible in their choices: they’ll buy only from companies that give back to society. We already see this trend.
But, on the other hand, when republicans begin transferring your tax money to the military industrial complex and the democrats hand out trillions of your money to large corporations and foreign economies, that’s when you lose control of your money. That’s when you depart from the roots of the American economy.

Leno is a very good presenter. There’s no contradiction between his show and Conan’s awesome work.
