Much better…

Would have been, anyway.  Doesn’t help the film any, but it represents the best moment in the piece with the right amount of psychedelia.  Dumb tagline, though:

LOL!! I’d love to have this poster on the wall in my movie room.

I’ve got this small limited edition print Kaspar Hauser poster that is begging for company.

Kris, if this honestly improves the image of the film by representing its best scene, then Bad Lieutenant is the worst movie ever made.

According to the link on Ain’t It Cool, this poster was rejected by the MPAA. (Apparently, you can have guns and knifes in a poster but you can’t point it at anyone. Hmm.)

Except yourself, right? I mean, I’m assuming there’s an exception like that because of the poster for The Deer Hunter.

Probably. I could care less as to how the MPAA make their rules. Frankly, after watching “This Film Is Not Yet Rated,” I really don’t care. The MPAA rules are a joke. (for example, I heard you can say “f*ck” once and get away with a PG-13 rating. Say it twice and it’s an R for your movie.)

Makes sense. Man, we are way too sensitive these days. Or maybe it’s just the MPAA.

What’s with the iguanas? Are they part of the title image or are they in the scene pictured? I know I made myself sound incredibly dumb there, but the lizards seem a little out of place.

Ignore the last comment! I think Guy’s review mentioned something about a key scene featuring iguanas. I like iguanas!

Poster looks crazy. So crazy in fact they might have gone with a “Is he gonna have to choke a bitch?” type tagline.

I love that Nicolas Cage posters consistently have taglines written by Donald Kaufman.
