I have MULTIPLE Polish film posters as my screensavers. They are so much more artistic and beautiful than American posters. The best ones include “Fatal Attraction”, “Kramer vs. Kramer”, and “The Godfather”. They allow the art to tell the story instead of the stars. God willing, if my dreams of becoming a successful screenwriter/producer come true, I’m definitely going out of country to get my posters made.

Fascinating artwork. There’s no way in hell anything remotely resembling these posters would be used as marketing in the United States, particularly if they look as nightmarish as Un Chien Andalou and Danton.

That Chinatown poster is a bloody work of art (no pun intended). Hilarious.
