God, I like Barry Norman, but talk about making a mountain out of a molehill. Surely everyone just sees the funny side of the Angelina Jolie gaffe — I can’t imagine anyone, even Jolie herself, being particularly offended by it.

PS. The funny thing is, whenever I run through the Best Actress nominees in my head, Jolie’s is invariably the last name that comes to my mind. So I sympathise.
