Okay, so I’m not really advocating it. But this has to be one of the best FYC ads I’ve seen so far this season. Whatever other failures “W.” can claim, marketing is not one of them:

    I think the greatest intrigue surrounding the film has been the fact that its subject is still very much present, personally and through the lasting impact of his actions, in the current discourse, political or otherwise. And the film’s marketing has obviously exploited that fact wonderfully.

    The marketing, outside the meh first trailer, has been wonderful for this film.
