For the most part, this list is refreshing. Lots of balls putting certain characters as high as they are (John Constantine at #3?), but I like the originality.
That said, I’ve had it up to HERE with my boy coming in silver all the time. Come on…

Superman sucks. I don’t see whats so compelling about a flawless character. He’s got way too many powers and not a single weakness. don’t say kryptonite because it’s not as if every petty theif has some on their person at all times. it’s pretty freakin rare

Agree with Casey 100% – have never seen the appeal in a character that can’t be beaten, it’s an unfair advantage. Batman is THE comic book hero simply for the fact that he’s just a guy who used what happened to him in childhood to push him into being a hero, using what he’s got. To me the very fact he hasn’t got any “super powers” makes him all the more compelling and interesting.
